'warped' intercooler

Thought I'd take the airbox off and have a probe around the front end of the engine. Apart from pulling out what seemed to be the remnants of a birds or rodents nest and a mountain of dryed out leafs I looked at the intercooler and it looks like it has been twisted or has warped. Is that normal or should alarm bells be ringing?.

    They would be pretty hard to bend I would have thought!

    sounds like you;re talking about the aircon condensor, these are very thin and flimsy, its quite common for them to be curved, so long as it isnt leaking it should be a problem tbh.
