Without being a tiny Japaneses person how do you get the room the remove the headlight bulbs?

Pull the big grommet off, undo the tension spring that keeps the bulb in place then swear like fook at the bulb "being the wrong shape to get past the f@#!in' lugs"

i've done this once and it was a fooking nightmare, this is the reason i keep putting off fitting my hid's.

They do come out mate, you just have to keep wiggling them and make sure that the retaining spring isn't getting in the way. Try to pull the bulb out horizontal to the fitting.

 

It's still a right PITA though..

I just took the headlights out and pulled the bulb out
