they were good at one point then the other week i needed to send something, booked it in waited in all day for them didnt hear shite, got peed off when the mrs knocked the door only to find they had apparently been but just stuck the damn card through the door with out knocking (trust me i hear even next doors get knocked) so rebooked it for the next day, then they didnt show the following day, emailed them they then arranged it them selves, it finally got picked up at 5pm 3 days after the initial booking.

But as they had been spot on previously i put it down to just "one of them things", so booked in these shocks i sold the other day, waited in all day and nothing, just had to rebook it in again, but due to being the weekend ive got to wait till monday for pick up now. talk about taking the P

Stupid thing is, i provide my number when booking the decent thing to do is at least give me a ring and let me know they are not going to be able to make it rather than have people sitting around all day waiting on someone who isnt arriving.

I book at least a couple every week with parcel2go, sometimes I use yodel and sometimes myHermes if the package is a bit smaller, no problems at all

If your package/weight/size allows you can book the cheapest which is collect+, you can then drop it off at your leisure at a local shop, corner shop/Spar for instance

When something as rarely gone wrong I have chatted online with parcel2go and they have been fabulous

Funnily enough a mate was moaning about using them the other day as they've messed up on the same collection 3 times and he's completely fed up with them. They wouldn't even offer a refund, just said they will give him credit

I had major issues with them I bought a genuine TRD wide arch kit on eBay for one of my old MR2s, and arranged for them to collect it mid november 2010. They never turned up to collect it from the seller. and admited the fact that collection hadnt been attempted. They advised they could rearrange collection, but could not offer a refund. I literally 27 collection arrangements later they collected it in March 2011 almost 5 months later. Granted once collected they upgraded it to next day delivery for my inconveniance. But I dont think next day delivery vs 5 months collection is viable compensation. And they still refused to offer a refund after all that time.

I would never part with my cash to them again. But thats just my experiences.

I've usedtwm a few times, each time they put me with yodel and they've been spot on. Just sending plenums really

I have all the rare bits you can't find :tongue:

Only had 4 issues in a total of 237 transaction with them...all via HDNL then Yodel.

Any issues have been sorted out instantly on the online chat.

Can't fault them......its just the actual couriers themselves that can be slow and cock-up :)

Dont forget they are just the broker, sounds to me like the problem your having is with the Courier that was supposed to collect, rather than them. Still complain through them, but perhaps consider one of their other courier choices.

I use to use them for business collections everyday - Thats 5 days a week, for 2 years. Hundreds of collections and didnt even once have have a single issue. Used their DHL service and it was spot on, they used to collect at the same time everyday by the same driver.

Ive used them hundreds of times over the past few years, at least 200 times.

They were perfect! The DHL driver had my mob number and called when he was 5 mins away, top bloke.

Then DHL turned into Yodel, and ive never had a smooth transaction. The drivers seem to be sub contractors, unmarked white vans somethimes. The NEVER get here the day i book them. They've lost a set of coilovers for me a couple of weeks ago, still in a claim with them for it now.

I trailed parcel monkey, but they were no better. Joking aside, Royal snail seem to be the best at the moment, but only for smaller things.
