Audi TT

Anyone got any experience on these please, what to look out for etc.

I see they can have issues with the instrument pod and I will be negotiating hard if

it has not had the Cambelt changed.

 

Any other info would be much appreciated.

 

Oh it will be 01 - 04 coupe and has to be the 180BHP as its for my daughter and she is only 22

    Wife had one for 3 years and apart from 2 coil packs it was 100% reliable. Cam belt at 60k and yes instrument panels can be dodgy, listen for clunky suspension to.

     

    Have you checked insurance on the 225 quattro? It was cheaper on the insurance for us??? They handle much better and are a better drive.

    Result, I can only guess they offset the power against the better handling/quattro ssytem weight? I would suggest you get the quattro model if you can, much better drive and safer with the quattro system.
