ok just wondering how many zed owners have 4 wheel drives as well ...i bought mine to just to haul stuff around and pull a caravan every once in a while ....Mercedes ML

Just sold mine, merc ml downsized to the volvo xc70..

need something for the fishing, dogs and van.. ML has been a workhorse but thirst, especially when towing...

the diesel 420 is the one to look at...

I had one of those altho it didn't run on veg oil but it was the nuts best motor I've ever had!!

I have a 95 3.0 Limited edition Jap import Toyota Hilux as well with a 2 inch lifted body :) Carts all my stuff around in the back and ideal as has a towbar too to move the cars and bike about.

I've had a couple of 4x4 in the past a 2.8td shogun and my last was a 2.8crd Cherokee this was a lovely truck best 0-60 and best on diesel out of the 4x4s good spec leather good sound system and switchable 4x4 the grand Cherokee was permanent, shogun was best off road in a nearside quarry in mouldsworth

Yes - but not a big proper off-roader like you guys.....

 

......just a wee soft roader - we have a 2006 Rav-4 XTR (which Julia uses daily); it's the last of the Mk2 shape, 3 door and stacked with extras like leather etc. Its size suits her and, whilst great in the snow and ice each year, it drives just like a car. In fact I admit to quite liking driving it too....:clown:

LOL true about speed thing had some guy in a new ish mr2 try to undertake me today on the m'way just floored it and absolutely left him for dead I bet he never saw that comming in his so called sports car!!!! Lol

Used to have an ML270cdi. Got it from work cheap as a trade in to make some money really!! Let me know if you ever need any help or info on yours :)

so quite a few of us then :) ... thanks Paul apreciate the offer, the ML is thirsty but 6 seconds to 60 puts a smile on my face every time.

 

just got to get the double din fitted in the zed now and i will be laughing.

 

does anyone else think the seats on the audi loo like zed seats ??

Got a Mitsi Challenger running on bio, love it almost as much as the Z :)
