As some of you know on Sunday I was banned for life from zxclub which is run by Hollowpoint, Sexycrayola and Tonyb.

To say that I am angry about how I was banned would be an understatment as I am livid at my treatment.

I would like to take this opportunity to clear my name as I feel my reputation in the 300zx scene has been damaged by these three people.

 

Back in November it was asked by ZX-TT (Craig) about the opportunity to have joint meets with zxclub I said that I would see how the new club performed and in PM's I gave Craig my username and said I would log on to the new site and make a report but it would be a decision ultimately for the committee here.

Christmas and the New Year came and went and after watching all the difficulties within the zxclub I made my report which said that Alex and Rose had did a great job designing the new site and congratulated them on it but there managment skill's were lacking.(I based this on the way they talk to people and treat members who see things different and the way they keep changing there managment structure and going against there own rules)

I aso said the post by there Chairman (Tonyb) saying all moderators from here .co.uk should be banned from the new club was wrong.

So I wished them all the best in the future but at this point in time I could not see advertising events on each other's sites would be happening.

 

My thread was then removed so I asked were it had gone and was told by Rose to shut up and let them examine it and maybe it would be put up again!

 

So after a while my thread was put in a section called "Abuse from .co.uk" I then got a post from Hollowpoint where I was sworen at and told I was getting a permanent ban.

 

I concider myself to be a great fan of the 300zx and my reputation on the 300zx scene is important to me so to be invited to come into a new club and then they ban you is just a bloody joke. I know a lot of members here are also members with zxclub and I have no difficulites with that I also have no difficulites with Hollowpoint, Sexycrayola and Tonyb being members here they are not banned and will be not banned for there treatment of me as they have not broken any of our rules but I would also like to point out that when you do break the rules you get a 7 day ban and come back not a lifetime ban which I have been given by them.

 

So to sum up I am not very happy and wish all members here to know how I feel and I would encourage feed back from you to see if I have got this whole situation wrong or have I been shafted:mad2:

I think I have a better understanding why I felt abused and I am greatfull for ALL posts. Sorry to see that the zxclub Chairman was unable to enlighten me with some facts but my offer of pm still stands Tony. Alex I will never understand you or why I was banned but its your club do to it as you will and of course you are all still members here.

I seriously don't get, how you can possibly think, coming onto another forum and immediately, from your first post, insulting the chairman, the IT Officer and Digital Media Officer on that sites committee, accusing them of being crap, bitchy, not fit for the job, etc. etc. etc. is handling it in a professional way.

 

Vodkashots - That section is NOT available to unregistered members, it isn't even listed in the forum contents when you're not logged in.

 

i beg to differ, it was in the "general chat" area that IS available for none registered users, until it was moved.

reading through this, please accept my apoligies for my conduct on zxclub, i shouldnt have posted on their forum, my actions were in retaliation to some comments passed onto me and things i read on this forum and the other forum, i am very passionate about this forum and although i dont have a zed anymore (who knows what the future holds though) i do a lot behind the scenes and help out as much as i can and when people try and hurt the club i take it to heart

 

i am very honest and open and dont hide my feelings. ive always been like this and some people dont like it, but as said you cant please everyone, my actions were childish and will not happen again, i have no reason to frequent zxclub anymore and is the reason i asked to have my account removed, i will post no more on the subject

To keep everything open and in public I have decided to post up a message that was sent to me by Hollowpoint to my phone I have not replied nor will I.I want nothing more to do with him as he is starting to stalk me now. you've gone to great lengths to slander my name and throw enough shit

that it'll stick, so far some of it seems to have worked, some not, no

doubt you've got a bunch of people on .co.uk hating me now, as the evil

Northerner that I am, muhahahaha.

 

Who knows, you might even have managed to persuade some of the people

who actually know me and know full well I'm not evil, nor a northerner,

to dislike me now? If you wanted to cause upset and pain, then well

done, you've done it, I'm hurt and upset.

 

If you genuinely wanted to help at zxclub.net, you would have pm'd me or

another committee member, not posted a load of stuff that you know full

well, if I posted on .co.uk you'd remove it yourself immediately, as

"anti-club talk". Unfortunately it's starting to look like you've won,

people, good people, like ZX-TT are stepping down and leaving, god knows

why they can't see through the bull like I can, but apparently they can't.

 

Good luck to you is all I can say, one day you'll come unstuck and

instead of it being the nice guy, who tries to help everyone and

literally has a reputation for being dependable getting shat on from a

great height, it'll be you.
