Playstation 3 Wireless headset advice

I need to get the above so I can laugh at my mate when I thrash him at GT5. I've had a look on ebay but was thinking that I don't want to be spending a fortune on them. Are the £10 ones up to the job?

    Just get any bluetooth headset mate, the one I use i've had for about 10 years plus when bluetooth was new tech
