After a slightly nervy drive down in my poorly zed, Jeff quickly spotted the problem (loose pipe) so while it was there I had some niggles sorted. The heater no longer clicks annoyingly :clap:

So after a cup of coffee from Lynda to recover from the horror of having to use public transport the drive back home was much more pleasant.
