Ive seen these on cannons web site

http://www.cannonsuk.com/

i fancy doing my spare room floor with mats and having a punch bag and practising the odd jiu jitsu throws

anyone have any experience with these,

i have seen the 20mm 30mm and 40mm jigsaw mating that would be better for me really as i can work around the punchbag and not sink into a crash mat

what thickness would you guys recomend? 20, 30, or 40mm?

to cover the entire floor would take 16m square

lol might get some of that and do the living room, would make a good talking point and be well comfy on the feet :D

This seems to be their recommendation

40mm Jigsaw Mats

40mm Jigsaw Mats are more suited for falling martial arts including Judo, Jui Jitsu and Aikido as they offer more protection. The 40mm jigsaw mats do seem to offer better value for money than the 20mm jigsaw mats as they are of course twice thick and offer more protection although are normally not twice the price. For this reason they seem to be a more popular choice of jigsaw mats.

A really good talking point and any design you want as long as its blue or red :detective:

Lol, my friend is a personal trainer and has a studio with 20mm and dojo for mma with 40mm they are both good, go for the best value for money

thats the mats we used at the paisely martial arts academy theyre good for rolling on but if your considering getting these then youl know its how you land more than anything..long story short theyrs not as bad as landing on concrete

i have a home gym and i have the jigsaw mats for warm ups and bag training, i find them very good.!

i only have the home stuff, they professional mats are well overkill for home use! think mine are york.
