(please check with bookatrack people about this as I'm not sure what their spectator policy is). I will be coming up the M3 and filling up at Fleet Services, if anyone is coming from that direction and wants to meet up from there then drop us a line.

Everybody needs to be at Bentwaters airfield by 9.30am so that you can sign
on. Ask the security guard to point you towards the cafe or if the cafe is
shut just tell him you are there for the track day.
I will be at the BP garage at South Mimms services off junction 23 of the
M25 for 7.15am, with a planned departure for 7.30am. We will be travelling
round the M25 to junction 28 of the M25, and then travelling up the A12 past
Colchester and up to Ipswich where you change onto the A14 eastbound, and
then take the A12 again up to Woodbridge. We expect to come off the M25 onto
the A12 at about 7.50am and you can either catch us as we go past by waiting
in the layby or by waiting in the first petrol station. I dont know if the
petrol station is large enough for us all to stop at so we wont be stopping,
so if you want to join us then its best to be in the layby early just to
make sure, if the layby is full there is another one a bit further up.

There is a Shell petrol station just before you get to Woodbridge which does
SUL, so you can fill up there. You will use a fair amount of fuel on the
track day.
