Been to Cancun ...loved it, stayed on the complex, made the most out of the all inclusive

 

hated the loud mouthed opinionated self indulgant arrogant rude young American spoilt guys and girls who were just so into being American that nobody else or nothing else mattered .....moved room to a quieter part of the complex and all was fine.......

Stayed at the riveria maya, loved the place. places worth a visit.

chetzen itza or any of the old ruins, ceynote diving (cave diving) loads of jungle treks, plus the fishing is amazing, i landed up hooking into a near 500kg grouper, after 3 hours it straighten a size 12/0 hook.

 

Due to the crap dollar at the time, we took mexican peso, and you get a better rate whilst in Mexico

 

The people are the most friendly i have ever met.

Excellent place for a holiday

 

Just looked at the link, and its the hotel we stayed in, made up of 3 hotels, all 5 star in mexico, but a very good 4star plus in the UK.

It's a nature reserve nearby at Xcaret that does dolphin swims. Highlight of my holiday & one of the highlights of my life! Was amazing!!
