Smoked Bacon and mushroom omelette, charlote potatoes with green beans, tomato and rocket salad dressed with a home made balsamic, olive oil, mustard dressing.

Well I've been away all week and while I've been gone, a plague of locusts has appeared to have stripped the contents of the kitchen! So it's off to dominos pizza for us

I've had a crappy day but the kids are fed, bathed and in bed, and the Mrs has gone out - so I'm gonna skip dinner and just go to bed early.

Can't be arsed to eat alone :(

Sounds yummy! Love it when I do a surprise dinner. I made lush winter veg and lentil soup this week with last week's carrots, leeks, butternut squash and potatoes.....

Sure is, my fav at the moment is slow roasted tomato and basil. I cook cherry toms, a cut garlic bulb, red onion and red pepper drizzled with olive oil and balsamic for an hour at 160. Then make the soup from that, it's really good :tongue_smilie:
