ive got a lot of ingrown whiskers which shell has just spent an hour pulling out, the itch has gone but it has left a red rash

 

now ive always suffered with these and the rash it bring's with it, anyone got any remedies or thing's to do to prevent them, i pulled one out that looked a couple of mil and it was over a cm long lol

 

i was thinking of maybe getting my neck waxed, the shave (tried all kind's of razors and gel's) makes it worse and if i try and shave everyday i just get a red raw sore neck

 

any help would be great
