Hi, I finally got round to subscribing (only took 8 yrs..!). £20 payment by bank transfer should have gone through yesterday - I assume this is how I let you know, can someone check and upgrade my membership please..?

Hi Chris,

 

It's a Virgin One account (RBOS), the account name is ***. I think they do same-day transfers so it should have gone through on the 9th or 10th, I put ******* (or something like that) as the reference.
