Has anyone changed these and noticed any difference in performance or economy?

I think Danny has, or he is near to having a go.

Thanks Ken!

Will tell you in a week or two - did mine about a week ago. They weren't actually gummed up, just a bit oily, but apparently the springs weaken over time which affects their performance.

I think I'm gonna order myself a kit too. I doubt if they have ever been done on mine. I'm not having any probs at the mo but better to be safe than sorry.

I guess Courtesy are our people again.

Dare I say it but Group buy anyone?

Definately worth the effort, did mine 6 months agon and the car was definately smoother. Mine were bunged up with sludge after doing 60K. Worth doing everytime you do the timing belt.

good luck with them,

Amer.

Best you do them as the crank pressure builds up and dammages the rear crank seal and blows oil into the bellhousing. Thats a box out job, the pcvs should only cost £75 to £100 to do!

prevention is cheeper than cure !!!!!!!!!

regards.
