Yeah dont worry about going abroad, there are some cracking places to visit in England - Uxbridge Odeon, Pizza Express in Maidenhead, Peterborough communial park. No idea why you;'d want to go the Maldives, pfft.

yea, was pretty crap really - all that white sand, pure clear warm sea, blazing sun, endless food & drinks............. probably wont bother going back, well - not this week!! :laugh:

We take a lot for granted in Britain, Roses mums late husband (Died in December 2010 from Pneumonia) was a Kiwi, he'd only ever been to Hawaii and Australia, he was gobsmacked when he came here. One thing that stands out in my mind is as we were driving along, it became a bit of a standing joke that every so often he would shout "Look Fran (Roses mum) another castle!" :D
