Just finished my first triathlon today.

 

quite pleased with myself, 1/4 mile swim, 17 mile bike 4 mile run - 1 hour 42 mins

 

not exactly the fastest time (1hour 15) but not to bad considering ive only been training for 10 weeks

Fair play mate, well done, I used to love cross country when I was younger, could run for miles with ease, used to run 4 miles to work and back again most days of the week, but after discovering beer, fags, a comfy couch and the internal combustion engine, game over :)
