performance upgrades/discs+pads

i've got a '92 zx tt it's completely standard

at the moment,any of you guys got any advice

on parts to use and companies to do the upgrade work for me?or anybody who has done

work on your cars who you would recommend.i've also got to replace my front discs and pads and rear pads what ones are the best bet?feed back/advice would be sweet
