i am really tempted to buy an st 200 mondeo althougfh it has the v6 lump it is also a family car which is what i need , has anyone owned one, is there anything i should look out for

any advice would be appreciated

I remember when my friend had one, something about when he hit 4500rpm, something (i think it might of been the timing advancing or something) didn't open and it was a common fault on them.

I own an SI now on 133k and it runs a treat.

get a vec gsi insted. much better cars imo

had 2 of them mate great cars

there good cars

and the only problem they suffer from is front lower wishbones

and drop links
