Dave,

Take out the two small screws on both sides at the top of the middle vents in the dash underneath the little caps & with care start to pull off the black strip just above the radio, there are two spring clips one inch from either end of the plate, with a screw driver feel underneath when you get to the spring clips pull the driver out just enough to go past the clip 5mm & push up the clip on both sides, this will release the clip without any damage.you will see two screws under there take them out & you will be able to pull the whole cover off exposeing the four screws holding the radio & CD player in place. smile.gif
