Any1 who knows the answer please help...

 

yesterday I purchased a car with a private plate already on....

 

I want to transfer my private plate... the question is...

 

do I have to remove the old one in order to put mine on or can i transfer direct to the car without paying to remove the old one...?

 

I do not want the existing plate

Basically you have to pay because you have to re-register the car you're taking the plate off and putting the original plate on the new car in store
