im very attached to my cat, shes a part of the family not a pet!

Yes buddy, i had brother and sister,n i still have her, but he was so different from her, so affectionate and so full of feeling, i just wish i new how he died that,s all

SHIT LIFE IS A BITCH EH

Sorry to hear this mate. We had two black cats up until a few months back, when the favourite of the two turned up dead at our door step one day, thank GOD the kids were out! Was more Roses cat than anyone and he is still very sorely missed. It did however bring something out in the other cat, his brother, he's now WAY more talkative and LOTS more affectionate.

Thanks matey for your kind words, much appreciated, HE WAS SOOO TALKATIVE AND SOOOOOOOOO HUMAN, I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COPE MATE, crazy as it sounds, but HE WAS SO REALLLLLLLLL, Sorry i am just a big softy where animals are concerned, I Have just lost my Grandmother this week aswell, and what with my massive heart attack 6 weeks ago i am finding it very hard to accept............. sorry

wow your not having the best of times at the mo. Sorry to hear your news and best to surround yourself with friends and family at trying times. hope things work out for you sooner rather than later.

Sorry to hear the news bud, i can totally relate to losing a beloved cat, its heartbreaking.

Mine was like a little human too, would come when you called or would come in as soon as she heard the car arrive and jump up on the bed for a cuddle at night.

All the best and i feel for you.

Thanks for your kind words mate,

My son and me have just burried him in my garden, RIP FELLA, GOOD NITE MY MATE, LOST FOR WORDS NOW............... SOZ

Yeah "Spock" is buried in our front garden. Jim is all we have left now, although we do have a snow dog puppy turning up next weekend, so it should be interesting to see how Jim reacts to him.

Jim was initially the loud mouth as a kitten, hence him getting the name Jim and the other Spock, then Spock came out of his shell, would come and talk to you, tell you when he was hungry, spent hours and hours just laying on Roses lap when watching telly etc, then since he died, Jim has gotten louder again, he comes up to me during the day when I'm working and thinks I should take a break, walks all over my keyboard, sits between me and the computer, if I ignore him he just keeps nudging my nose with his, I'm a big softy for animals too mate, so I fully understand.

Really sorry to hear it Chris, I can relate to the feeling too :(

I bet the sister really feels the pain too, thats what happened when we lost one of two cats that were close to each other.

RIP

With living with cats in the house in my life and seeing so many come and go it's horrible when they pass away.

Really feel for you buddy, and my thoughts go with him - rest in peace little guy :(

Really sorry to read this. It's sad we can't have our furry friends for our whole lives but all we can do is love them while we have them.

Vijay

sorry to hear this Chris - pets become part of the family and it's always sad to see them go. as you said, don't worry, you'll see him again!

Sorry to here this I think it's much harder when a pet dies I find it much easier if a family member goes thou.!!!

Sad news mucker ! :crying:

My wife and I have had cats for years and can fully sympathise with you in your state. Its funny how they become part of the family set up, without it actually dawning on you till the worse happens.

Condolences on your Gran too. I miss my Gran.

Anything I can do to help, let me know.

Alan.............
