occasionally lose a cylinder

evenin, a couple of days ago my car started up on 5 cyl. but after a few miles it was up to full 6 again and was all good :-) but today as i was driving i lost a cylender again :-( but again it came back fairly quickly. whats the diagnostic procedure here then? cheers

also, what numbers are the cylinders? wheres number 1 and then is it clockwise???

 

As you look at the engine from the front of the car, cyl 1 is front left 2 front right 3 4 5 criss cross to 6 rear right under the balance bar.

Yes mate, also check your PTU plugs, occasionally they can cause misfiring, although you seem to have pin pointed it to the injector plugs.

They all do share the same earth and are constant live, if you want the colours and diagrams at the ecu, let me know.
