lets just say , I was to offer for sale , a silver jdm n/a manual , been off the road for a year so no mot or tax , but does run and is in mint condition , lovely straight through exhaust and more mods (not sure yet ) ! standard exterior , and nice retrimmed white piped z engraved interior !

how much would it be worth ? place bear in mind the economic mess ! but I would need to buy this car and have it gone within a week or 2 , so I will be offering at a bargain price !

if I can pull this of I mi gh t be able to keep mine !

A car thats been off the road for a year with no mot or tax can only be considered as Spares or Repair. 750-

Mot'd and without faults you could be looking at more like 2000 -/+ 500 , depending on condition, year and mileage.

umm , so swb is not more desirable ?

I was taking into account that its a SWB, and a NA. They usually command a higher price than a lwb, but not by a large amount.

A nice NA Manual may fetch 2500 as a swb, or 2000 as a lwb for example.

Most buyers dont even know about the different versions, other than TT and NA.

put it this way my swb NA auto will be going up for sale with 12m mot and 6m tax for around 2k. I wouldnt pay more than 1k for one without mot or tax
