failed on : o/s/f outer cv boot clip is loose
abs light comes on cos of faulty sensor

now don't get me wrong but if it fails it fails. BUT, surely if a cv boot has split all the way round it would be worse than one that just needs the clip tightening.
when i spoke on the phone yesterday they said they would get a sensor and fit it and if that didn't work it might be wiring, I said go ahead. Today they tell me they didn't get it as it was £80 plus vat! Who's paying for this shit?
so £85 quid later and they have done none of the work i asked them too and i still need an mot.
oh and don't worry i won't be going there again as after the conversation i just had when i went to pick car up i think if i go there again they may call the rozzers!
