Assuming your meaning that you dont believe it to be a 96 model... Its at very least a late 94 as its at very least a series 4 car! Electronic hicas, table rear spoiler, no boost gauge and the proper S4 manual seats, manual air con and SRS steering wheel... However the front nose badge should be red. :)

Not a fan of the kit, shame its been defaced but each to their own. Price is very strong, but then again zeds do hold a huge price over in mainland europe.

I thought version R and and version S models were later than 96, and had Recaro seats ?

And the version S had special wheels ?

Not a thing Gary, still sitting in the garage all coved up lol Maybe it needs to go a good home where someone has the time to drive it. I'm only just getting the NSX through MOT on Wednesday, looked at the miles on the last MOT and whats on my car now, and its only done 500 dry miles lol.

I'm not sure it is a Version S - not because of the year, other stuff. I've asked for the chassis number so let's see...

Front Bumper isn't S4/VS, sill protectors were only Version R as standard (could have been option). The 1999 Version S brochure http://jccc.web.fc2.com/japanese/nissan/fairlady-z-z32-199905/index-en.html shows Version S did not have spoiler as standard and had special seats. This car doesn't - whether this is because of options, aftermarket or 1996 Version S being different spec to 1999 Version S, I don't know. Your turn to do some research!

The Red nose badge is only for 1999 models http://www.300zx.org.uk/model_variations.htm

Version S was indeed introduced in Series IV (94/10 to 97/1)

The car looks nice enough but it is far from stock. Sudesh's is nicer and genuine :D

Version S was introduced in the October of 94.

Used standard bumper as all models up to 99 spec

I was lead to believe that the later cars had a red badge - mine does!

I agree Sudesh's car is nicer!

Your thinking 1999 spec Version- R!

Version-S didnt have recaros or special wheels as far as I'm aware, but I'm going by 1999 spec. I'm not sure what the earlier cars have or didnt have but Gio know his stuff there.
