I managed to pull a couple of muscles in my stomach the other day while remove the autobox and engine. I've got a very high pain threshold, so I just carried on working. Well, today I was in the engine bay removing the old HICAS lines and my back went, It took bleeding ages to manage to climb out of the bay and now I'm proper fooked and can't move at all. I slipped a disc a good few years ago so I know what it's like :pinch:

 

The bit that pee's me off is that the weather is great and I could have got loads done, instead I'm in agony and can't move.... :wheelchair:

I had a bike crash ages ago slipped three disks. Nothing could sort it properly until i weight trained properly and got my core solid. Never had trouble again. I hope your ok soon mate :)
