heat spots

im getting a lot of heat spots ATM on my legs, got about 3 today, im itching them that much that im actually scratching the skin off, usually starts with dry patch of skin then the heat spot

 

i thought maybe ridds had caught flea's but im only getting them on the lower part's of my legs (mainly round where my socks are) and ridds is clean and he isnt itching

 

any idea's whats causing it, maye just a change in weather, i havent changed anything like washing powder or shower gel and so forth
