LOL:

That's $100,000 to the relief fund. I would offer to give more of the proceeds to this fund, but I have no idea what kind of taxes I would have to pay for such a sale, in addition, eBay fees would be in the neighborhood of $4,000 if this sells at this price.

Only $199,999.99!

if i had that much money to spend on an ipad id just donate to a charity that i know the funds would go to japan

a bit crazy

Hmm, the ad has changed now:

100% of the cash will go to the "Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund - A GlobalGiving Project."

50% will go to the fund automatically, the balance will go to the fund after I pay for the sale taxes, ebay and paypal fees, as well as extracting the original cost of the item.

What do you recon - genuine or a scam for 50% of the final price?! :sneaky2:

I still recon it's a scam! Why would you pay massively over the odds, just to give to a charity! Why not simply go out and buy a new iPad2 then donate to the charity yourself, subsequently not giving this guy a huge profit for doing feck-all!

Well clearly the buyer is mental then! :nono:

:nono: its defo not me :tt2::tt2: lol
