Can anyone here design graffix for me?

Its for a stripe I want on another project car of mine,a ford capri,didnt want to ask on a capri forum incase my idea gets nicked before i get mine on :laugh:! I know what i want but dont have any suitable programs installed on my PC.Plus id take forever to do it lol.i can show you the graphics,but they need to be doctored/altered,using the same font,something i can give my local vinyl guy to cut for me.Anyone,or anyone know an easy to use program?
