im gutted that this years seminar wont be giong ahead because...well you know

he is amazing our instructor beth has traine with him a couple of times her words are no video does justice to how well he can trick you into situations...not bad for somone thats 86 years old

iv had to train with a few guys that are bigger than me(im not that small)and if you get the technique right they drop like a bag of tatties not to mention the pain they cry out in aswell...been in that situation myself in practice going against somone half your wieght and they just drop you with a shuffle of theyr feet...honestly its the most complete fighting style

i done 4 year of maui thai and thought i hadan advantage...how wrong i was..got put on my rear end on the first day by beth(instructor)

she asked me to tie her up and do the usual thai boxing thing..withing 2 seconds i was on the ground with my arms in position i didnt think posible and pressure points getting poked...sore as f00k..anyway abit of digression there..just wish i had the chance to go to japan and train with him
