Silver shorty is alive

Managed to get the starter motor on today as one of the last things to do and thought id fire her up :) started with no problems and sounded healthy its such a great feeling as a mechanic to have a new engine in and fire up straight away. The silver shorty now has Bobgenies old 1995 engine in so is very healthy.

 

All i need now is the exhaust gaskets to turn up and AC idler bolt and will be ready for MOT oh plus ive gotta swap out the seats and interior but at least i will be able to get it out the garage and moving
