Quick one on either side of the NA engine there is a sensor/solenoid what are they for?

The new engine didnt have either and from my engine i can see one seems to be for the EGR which would mean that the engine wont need that one as EGR delete has been done and not sure if the other one is to do with fuel as one of the lines goes into the fuel damper.

Fpr solenoid on the pass side. You can by pass it and run a vacuum pipe from the plenum to the fuel tree
