I've seen loads with that if ye club together swaps all the bits over with each other you will be able to make a full luminous car :smartass:

Well decided that as long as it's manual then I can always sort the rest out easy enough. I can buy a TT lump from you for a start! :punk:

you can always get an auto then buy a manual conversion from me ;)

 

and you do realise that the TT engine out my white one is going in the black one dont you, unless you mean the spare one in the garage, or the other spare one in the garage :rockon:

I understand rules are rules, but making life deliberately difficult for new members from becoming 300zx owners by purchasing cars off of members just seems rather backwards. Rather than taking that in a bad way, perhaps you could just reconsider current policy and whether its as sensible as it could be; its certainly not very friendly and welcoming from my perspective, aren't new members the life blood of the forum??

 

The other thing is that I've tried to see how to become a subscribed member and can't see an obvious link anywhere? Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks!

There is a whole SECTION dedicated to subscriptions, have a look at the stickies for subscription details.

 

Also, it not against the rules to purchase a car and we welcome all newcomers.

 

However offering swaps for vehicles goes against our selling regulations, they are in place due to events that have happened in the past and as such are enforced, this works for new comers as well as old time members whos subscriptions have expired and now find them selves just registered user, So please dont feel like we were "targeting" or "making it difficult" for you.

 

As a new comer, we advice you to read up on the forum RULES so that they do not get broken. we as moderators are in place to enforce these rules, sometimes they may seem a bit silly or strict, but unfortunately they are there for a reason.

 

We are not trying to make it difficult for new comers, or make them feel unwelcome, but a read of the forum AUP should have prevented any of the mods Stepping in; in the first place.
