Know anyone that could paint this?

I need this painted on the back of my flying jacket http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2415/3537125941_7bd17989c5_o.jpg

 

Does anyone know where I could get it done, I had a look on Google but nothing really coming up. Also no ideas on what paint would need to be used, I have someone in the office re drawing it so we have a vector.

 

I guess the other option is trying to find someone who can make it into a heat transfer?
