Is it possible to put my iTunes library onto a USB stick? If it is how do I do it? Got a usb front stereo in my van so just wondered if it's poss. Cheers chaps.

P.S. the stereo isn't iPhone 4 compatible so doesn't work via the lead.

I swap music with a mate and my MP3 files have to be converted to be played on his Ipod and vice versa. And maybe [say, 25 tracks a pop] its his laptop but it aint exactly instant. not even close.

-Hope you dont need to, (stereo spec dependant) but I suspect that's what you'll have to do.

Go to the media libary where your music files are stored and select, copy and past to the stick

Thanks guys. Sorry to be dumb, i'm useless with computers. By media library do you mean iTunes? That is the only place I have music :helpsmilie:

The list in the Itunes program is only a link to where the storage file is , so you need to locate the music file. If you copy out of your libary in itunes program you will just copy the file address.

I will try to expane how to find where your media is stored

I will pm you my telephone number so I can talk you through it

Open Itunes
