Nasty mate,as long as nobody was hurt and its not the zed. Will your insurance pay?

No injuries. Apart from the one in my wallet. Only third party insurance... As I was driving on a narrow street a fox jumped in the street and I had too little time to react so I just pulled left and hit a parked car.... All sorted with the insurance but I hate myself! Driving since 1997 with no even a little mistake and now this.... :censored:

Bummer mate, but i take the view, that if theres no way to avoid the fox or hit another car, then the fox gets it, sorry to hear it though.

Yes...I would have done the same.... but my first instinct was to avoid....and the little street was packed with cars....:death:

I know what you are saying mate, easier to say what anyone would do afterwards i suppose.

Is the engine ok and just body work to fix?

The engine is fine. But the radiators are broken, front bumper, bonnet....I had a mecanic to look at it and he said the front frame needs to be changed as well...but no..no engine damage..thanks god.

Bugger mate!-all quite easy bolt on bits tho'-keep an eye out for S/h front panel/rads etc on the 'bay.:chinese:

For fox sakes - sorry. I hit a badger at 70mph in a Focus a few years back and it did a similar amount of damage. That doesn't look too difficult to sort out - mostly bolt-on bits as the other guys said. Are the front doors OK or have the wings hit them?
