Yep they are big pots 'n pistons on them, similar to the one we have here. Think of a Kitchen waste bin and you're in the right area of size!! ;)

We once had a transformer pack blow off the roof of a Pendolino, which landed about 100 meters. This happened on the Friday afternoon, of which we had a huge Press day including Richard Branson on the Monday! It's amazing how fast they can sort spares out when they need to ;)
