Hey all does anyone know if its an easy job to replace the rear wheel axle on a mk3 golf 1.8, it still drives ok.... but the axle is reported to be slightly bent :/

 

just wondered what its like to do, as in does it need any specialist tools or can the average hands on person do it on the driveway etc

 

any advise welcomed :)

think its a straight faword job, just txted my vw nut m8 an asked him, waiting for his reply, i would recomend putting some new bush's in as they always go,
