Instrument dials

Hi guys, i seem to remember seeing an instrument cluster for about £100 and another one for £20. I asked the question why and was told the answer. Trouble is now i've hit 50, my memory is shot to hell, So can some one tell me again.

    It was my UK spec one for 100 as people buy them for Jap spec cars as their dash is in KMH :)
