finally got round to changing the series 1 air con to series 2 today . i must say im pleased with the results and extra control it gives . the bit i like best is the windscreen aimed air via the economy button as opposed to having to use the air con to keep the windscreen demisted . that alone has gotta be worth an extra 1-2 mpg during the colder months and a few more available bhp. every little bit helps .

On my series 2 I can only aim at feet and screen together in economy mode, if I press screen demist it forces the air con compressor on?

Is it possible to aim at screen only, but with out the compressor kicking in?

i have noticed my car mists up all the time, does every1s do that?

press the off button then just press the fan speed on the side. :thumbup:
