A little update how im getting along, helps to motivate me :tooth:

 

Pretty much getting there, very close to getting some paint on.

 

 

First had to renew sills and make good underneath of car. The sills I wont be able to get to without ripping of the kit and undersealed the bottom.

Dave was referring to using P40 fibreglass filler/paste. Using the flexible bonding will allow the paint to crack with any movement in the joins.

I had this problem with my rear one piece light panel.

I used the P40 for strength then a flexible plastic bumper filler on top.

 

Look forward to seeing it finished, should look really smart.

 

I was indeed. should of also done the same methood on the arches. but hopfully he will get away with it being a white car. so it will not absorb the heat as much as say a black car.
