Hey all we have a new Thames Valley area, so bucks,beds,herts,oxon & anyone willing to travel. This is now in the Meets and Gatherings section please get your names down. Once we have more members in the area I can start planning some events!! I know there are alot of members who havent put their names down yet.

true, i know the lot who run the Airsoft event at finmere, so might have to arrange a sunday where us Zedders go airsofting.

 

For those who don't know what Airsoft is. its like Paintball but with realistic firearms that shoot BB's, and not the kiddy ones either. these things fire little plastic balls between 250, and 500fps. (most real hand guns can fire a bullet at 2500fps) It works on the trust system. if you get hit stick ya hand up call your self out and go sit in the respawn area until you can join the fight again.

Sounds like a good idea, I also have some friends at a company that arrange Paintballing days near Milton Keynes, its about £50 a head for the day, Ive been a few times and its a great laugh, except for the bruises afterwards lol. Once we have enough members in the area ill start putting some events like these together.

Anyway, Im originally from Berkshire (newbury) and visit family in the area, so if a meet co-incides with a visit then I'll try and join you all.

Are indeed, situated on the old runway. the airsoft event is also in the same location as the paintball event that's held there. which is situated in the airfield but more to the south.
