Oven component ID

Can anyone tell me what this part is from an oven. I've tried googling it but nothing :(

It has the following written on it:

 

Sheng Ping

SPF96

TF 99 oC

10a 250v

15a 125v 094

    Cheers bud. So if there's no voltage going through it, it's simply blown and would need replacing? Are they easily available from an electronics components place do you think?

     

    Is it just a fuse desgned to blow at over 99C?

    Look in RS they will have them. I would say the activation point is 99 as well Looks like its one of those new halogen ovens you have
