Hi guys,

Managed to get a consult reader and the free software.

Not sure how to use it really, but hooked it up to me car, got the screen shots of the car idle on cold start idle, warm idle and then warm idle after adjusting the idle time... it said it was out and made the car idle way past the green ok bar on the software, so adjusted it accordingly, then done a screen rip after it was done.......

Can someone help and tell me if my car is ill?

I also noted my o2 reading was moving quite a bit on warm idle instead of looking stable. Is this normal?

Here are the pics with info for diagnosis :-

WARM IDLE - AFTER IDLE ADJUST - PREVIEW; SEEMS IT DOES NOT WANT TO IDLE INTO THE GREEN EVEN THOUGH THE SCREW HAS BEEN TURNED A LOT, DIDN'T WANT TO KEEP ALTERING, SO LEFT IT AT THIS... RIGHT OR WRONG THING TO DO??

Thanks Jeff... Shame I don't personally know any other Z32 owners, but if any spring up will point them in the right direction bud =)

Good tip for you....

Press the 'print screen' button on your keyboard that's located above home on your keyboard, go into 'paint' on your pc (located in start ---> programs ---> accessories) then just go up to the menu bar and goto: edit ---> paste ... then goto: file ---> save as, select *.JPEG from down the bottom of the dropdown bar in the save window, give the screenshot a name, then hit save or ok....

And there you have a perfect screenshot you can email anybody right away without having to rig your camera up and download all the pics.

Hope that helps??? Ant

Or press Prt SC for print screen and then open word and hit CTL 'V' (or Edit > paste)and it'll paste the screen into a word doc

You can even put word into Landscape and stretch the screenshot to max ! Then email the word doc.... Anyone can download Open Office to read it if they don't have word !

Again Jefftt reinforcing his knowledge on the Zed's. ive only been there twice and had a complete makeover on my zed servicewise, and not only is he a great guy he does excellent work also and will be the only place i take my zed!
