Winter on its way

hey everyone! with winter on its way, and talk of frosty salty roads. i was wondering what advice people may offer to a first time zedder as to how to keep her in good nick and avoid ending up upside down swearing :-) she is my daily drive, so parking her up is outta the question. any advice would be greatly appreciated, things along the lines of undersealing??? im guessing etc. cheers guys

    Sure is, I winterized my ski boat yesterday, filled her cooling system up with neat antifreeze, took all the hoses off and removed the water seapump and greased and wd40ed the engine. Also gave her a good clean, and changed the filter and oil ready for winter storage. :(

    Absolutely respect the car and never prat about in 1st, 2nd or 3rd gear when the roads are frosty.

    If the roads are really icy the car will spin in 4th so really just be gently with the throttle thru out the winter.
