Looking for a smart car tyre? 145/65/15 anyone? used? budget?

Bit desperate as im driving a long way 2mow morning and i can only find top brand tyres which are too expensive, i need a budget tyre or even if someone is breaking a smart car and has a spare wheel with a used tyre. Anything goes :)
