    Yeah they are good chaps and chappeses down there at Delta, i went to see them about 7 months back and did £150 on MT-90 and 10/30.

    For the diff you want redline 75W90. MT90 is for synchro boxes. Demon tweeks supply both by the US quart (0.946 litres). 01978 664466.
