im quite into these at the moment, i buy a couple of different ones everytime i go to asda, ive had abbots ale, old growler, bishops finger and ive got st peters organic ale and a bottle of 1698

 

anyine else into them got any reccomendations???

My favourites are Abbot and Speckled Hen.

 

For ages I used to drink them straight from the fridge but recently learned it's best to let them warm up a bit first. Cellar temperature (about 12-14 centigrade IIRC) is abour right for drinking them.

i will be going to asda today for my 3 for £4

 

the only one so far that i havent liked was st peters ruby ale, too much of a metallic after tatse

they used to sell one here in north wales called sheep shagger lol, i think i still have the empty bottle somewhere :-)
