5 potato waffles, 5 fried eggs, 8 rashers of bacon, a tin of spaghetti hoops and a couple of rounds of bread and butter, that's what i had, it's my favourite 'after graft man food', even got my own special extra large plate for it, haha, really filling and unhealthy, (I've always been thin, the more calories the better!), washed it down with a can of strongbow, eeeeeee, good times!
